Robling Medical has years of experience with kitting needs for medical device companies of all sizes. Robling Medical has supplied high quality medical device kitting solutions across a range of clinical applications including interventional radiology, fluid collection, orthopedics, blood draw, urology, gastroenterology, and orthopedic markets.
We offer complete supply chain management for your kitting needs by procuring available off-the-shelf items, and internally producing custom components and assemblies. Robling Medical purchases and inventories all kitting items, with no customer consignment required.
Our services include both flexible and rigid packaging options for procedural kits. Our standard in-house tray sizes are commonly up to 24” x 36” with single or double sterile barriers. As part of our full-service kitting capabilities Robling Medical also manages and completes all labeling and sterilization requirements.
Robling manages full contract sterilization services (validation, monitoring, etc.) for EtO, Gamma and E-Beam.
